An induction programme for the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs for globally based humanitarian workers.
OUR APPROACH:
Sponge developed a creative concept of a global village where learners navigated their way around village to learn more about the UN, OCHA, its values and structure. It included a workbook which learners could use to write reflective notes as they did they programme.
