Training for new and existing European staff on the company’s history, values and quality to increase knowledge and understanding of the spirit of Toyota.
OUR APPROACH:
Sponge created an immersive experience placing the learner at the heart of Toyota's history. A branching scenario was created to walk people through significant decisions that Sakichi Toyoda, Toyota's founder, made during the company's early years. Employees could relive the experience by choosing what they would have done in the same situation, with their choices either being the same as those of their company founder or different. Videos were used effectively as a reflective tool and interactions were created to deepen understanding of values and quality.
