REQUIREMENT:
Launching a range of new products over 2 years and introducing new retail concepts, Toyota had to communicate this to sales consultants across 32 European countries in time for the launch of the first models in Dec 2008.
OUR APPROACH:
Working closely with CDA, Toyota's training consultancy, Sponge created the e-learning based on the the programme. We converted a 2 day face to face session into 2 hours of online learning, interpreting key skills and knowledge outcomes into a range of interactive learning interactions supported by video and assessment within a very tight timescale.
