PROJECT: Management Induction

REQUIREMENT:

PSNI required an interactive, SCORM conformant induction to introduce key aspects of the organisation for staff, contractors and agency workers. Critically, the 2 hour programme had to be delivered from start to finish within 4 weeks.

OUR APPROACH:

We devised 3 modules and an online workbook. Content development took place first, with storyboards being developed quickly followed by design and build of the modules themselves. A real collaborative effort, the deadline was met thanks to the client providing resources and quickly approving work and Sponge's dedicated project management and rapid development team.
