Toyota sales process e-learningToyota are launching e-training for sales teams across Europe in the Toyota sales process. Sponge has designed and developed a set of innovative game-based challenges that simulate key aspects of the sales process and encourage healthy competition with a country-wide leaderboard. |

e-induction for Qualifications and Curriculum Agency (QCA)Due to a relocation of this government body from London to Coventry, the QCA had a requirement for e-learning for a large number of new starters. Sponge won a contract to design and create 3 e-learning modules in Information Assurance, Diversity and Inclusion and Risk Management and to provide a hosted LMS solution. Modules were developed using Articulate, the e-learning authoring tool so they could update the text themselves. |

e-induction for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI)Sponge designed and built an e-induction for new starters within a tight timescale of just 4 weeks. Module topics included learning on the Organisational Structure, Attendance and Discipline and also included a downloadable workbook. E-learning was developed using the authoring tool Lectora so the client could update the modules themselves. |

e-learning for all medical administrative staff across NHS WalesThe First Minister and Minister for Health and Social Services in Wales announced a 26 week total wait target from referral to treatment to be achieved by December 2009. This led to an urgent training requirement for all administrators in the NHS Wales in the new pathway. Sponge won the tender to deliver 3 e-learning modules covering the principles or the Referral to Treatment Target, Rules, and How Referral to Treatment is Measured and Monitored. This also included 11 real life scenarios that medical staff may face along the patient pathway. These modules were delivered via the NHS Wales Virtual Learning Environment which uses Moodle as its LMS platform. |

New e-learning in Medicines Management and Appraising Clinical Trials for NHS Education South CentralSponge worked closely with the NESC subject matter experts create 2 engaging and interactive modules on Compatibility of Injectable Medicines and How to Critically Appraise Clinical Trials for clinical and non clinical staff to tight deadlines. |

Environmental e-learning for GKN employeesIn order to roll out mandatory training quickly on health and safety and environmental awareness, GKN commissioned Sponge to create an engaging introductory e-learning module for all staff at their headquarters. It included interactive illustrations and activities to make the learning enjoyable. Modules were developed using Articulate, the e-learning authoring tool so they could update the text themselves. |

Reliability basics e-learning for engineers at SchlumbergerSchlumberger, a global oilfield and information services company with a major focus on energy required an e-learning module on Reliability Basics for their employees. This was being delivered as face to face training but due to logistical difficulties of getting staff from around the world to attend these training courses, Schlumberger decided to deliver the course as a standalone e-learning module. The training was transformed into an engaging and stimulating e-learning module for learners at graduate level. |

HPA West Midlands to introduce e-learning programme on Pandemic FluSponge has won a contract from HPA West Midlands to design and deliver 5 e-learning modules for health professionals in the West Midlands on Pandemic Flu to be rolled out in Spring 2009. |

Specialist law firm BakerPlatt and Sponge team up to deliver e-learning to the financial sectorSponge has teamed up with the Jersey specialist law firm BakerPlatt to deliver a series of e-learning courses on financial crime, regulatory and commercial and trust litigation issues. This will be delivered through the BakerPlatt training arm Forward e-learning. |
