She has expertise in overseeing and advising on complex multi-disciplinary projects to very tight deadlines working with a wide range of clients including government bodies, hi- tech, professional and engineering sectors in the UK and International markets. She also has another company, Gusto Creative Ltd that specialises in design.
John Curran - e-Learning Consultant
John is a technology supported learning specialist. He helps clients incorporate e-learning into their existing learning mix - everything from developing an e-learning strategy to successfully combining e-learning with conventional learning interventions. This expertise, combined with his wide experience of learning design and delivery, means that he has some unique capabilities in developing innovative but successful approaches to e-learning.
Alan Bourne - New Media Designer
Alan brings his technical and creative expertise to e-learning projects working closely with database developers and other designers. He has expert skills in Flash animation and interaction design combined with experience in ActionScript, XHTML, CSS, SCORM and javascript.
Chris Hayford - Applications Developer
As a technical consultant and developer, Chris has the unique ability to grasp what clients want to achieve and translate this into a practical technical solution. He specialises in developing database-driven systems to support online learning, from collaboration portals to learning management systems. His core technical skills include ASP.NET and SQL Server development.
Laura Pasterfield - E-learning Designer
Laura specialises in illustration and animations for e-learning. As a recent graduate from Central St Martins College and with two national animation awards under her belt from Kodak and MTV, she brings a fresh creative approach to interactive design and new ways of making e-learning engaging.

Alex is a versatile new media designer. From creating design templates to designing modules, he adds his creative flair along the way. Alex works to high standards and can be relied upon to meet tight deadlines.
