REQUIREMENT:
Changes in organisational structure and multiple staff locations were catalysts for choosing an e-learning solution for new staff and managers. Beyond the delivery, however, Northern Rail wanted the ability to update content as necessary.
OUR APPROACH:
We developed a set of 13 mini modules in Articulate, a Powerpoint based e-learning authoring tool that makes updates easy. Topics covered in the e-learning included an e-induction and an HR fundamentals programme.
