ASP.net Developer

If you wanted a role with independence and the responsibility to make decisions – this is it. We’ve got an LMS strategy to discuss with you and you have experience in advising on and creativity in developing the most innovative business platforms. You could have gone to Silicon Valley, you might like to be at 37 Signals, but for now, you would be delighted to shape the LMS product that is aiming to be an industry first and leader.

You’ll have at least 8 years’ experience in ASP.net development, applicable knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, awareness of SCORM, AICC and LMS systems and could likely code in PHP if you needed to. On the entrepreneurial side, you’ll have the expertise and vision to suggest approaches and the communication skills to gain buy in.

Interactive Flash Developer

The blood that pumps through the veins of Sponge is our talented Flash development team. If you like creating games, interactions, animations and enhancing online experiences with your quirky sense of creativity – you might like to get in touch.

You’ll be a graduate, with at least 3+ years’ experience in online development, with Flash and AS skills that demonstrate creativity, accuracy and engagement. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, audio, video and user centred design are all prerequisites, and if you come with Articulate SDK, SCORM and XML knowledge - even better.
