On-line Inductions
Do you need to get your people up to speed quickly from day one?
Sponge has developed a flexible online induction system and can create short modules which employees can work through at their own pace.
Modules can include:
- Business goals and objectives
- Learning about the organisation
- How to do your job effectively
- Systems and procedures
Tasks to be completed can be set for day one, week one or month one. On completion, the line manager is emailed to let them know that the induction is complete.
